As a shear blade manufacturer, we decided that from day one, all manufacturing processes would be performed in-house, under our control, by our expert engineers.

From the creation of technical drawings based on samples, right through to our quality control of the finished product, nothing compares to an Alpha blade.

Of course, getting things dimensionally correct is fundamental, but we believe that a blade’s critical attribute is derived from the heat treatment process.

Performing all of this in house, ensures that our customers receive only the best.
